Fantastic customer service! They serviced my mom’s residence in Mooresville and did a phenomenal job. They thoroughly inspected all the pipes, including the sinks and toilets and cleared numerous clogs which improved the water pressure. They also checked her well to reassure her that everything worked properly . It’s very reassuring to know there are still kind and honest companies who you can trust to take care of your family. -
Prime Plumbing has been a blessing to us they are very knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing we called them when our water was coming out dirty and they were able to solve the problem swiftly and I was comfortable with the cost. I have called them since them and they came and was on time and always very courteous and helpful and give good advice.

Jeff was honest and open about what it would take to get our sewer pump up and running again. We had a few hiccups along the way but the actual work was quick and efficient. Highly recommend for plumbing issues.

Wow I’ve worked with a few plumbers in the area and must say that Bill with Prime Plumbing knows his stuff. Had a pipe burst under the house. They were able to come out same day, and restore hot water. Very impressed! Will be choosing them for any plumbing need i ever have. 5/5 couldn’t recommend more.

The two plumbers arrived on time and quickly solved our p trap problem. Very pleased with their professionalism, service, and that they explained how to better maintain our drain line. I highly recommend this company.

Bill & Trip did an excellent job. Very prompt, friendly and efficient, and arrived fully equipped with a very impressive pipe exploration camera/auger which they used skillfully, and without which they would have been unable to evaluate our problem. Will keep the phone number handy.
