The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, experienced plumbing professional with at least 5 years of hands-on service experience in both residential and commercial environments. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
Install and service water heaters (tank and tankless)
Repair and replace water lines, drain lines, fixtures, and valves
Install and service well pressure tanks, water softeners, filtration systems, and related equipment
Perform drain cleaning and troubleshooting
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and solutions
Provide accurate pricing and explain recommended repairs
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Complete service documentation accurately
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience (required)
Experience in both residential and commercial service work
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Preferred but not required:
Journeyman or Master Plumber license
Experience with well systems and filtration systems
Experience with sewer and drain diagnostics
Strong sales and customer communication skills
Experience with Service Titan
